TO THE METROPOLITAN KING COUNTY COUNCIL REGARDING CLOSING FLIGHT OPERATIONS AT KING COUNTY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BOEING FIELD) AT NIGHT

Summary: Close King County International Airport (Boeing Field) to all flight operations at night (e.g. 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) except in the case of emergiencies and certain limited operation (e.g. non scheduled aircraft that do not exceed certain noise levels at take-off and landing).
